TERMS AND CONDITION OF SALES

1. Preliminary clauses

These general terms and conditions of sale constitute a distance selling contract, defining the rights and obligations of TELECRANE INNOVATION and its customers in connection with the provision of training services via a dedicated server connected to the internet.

By registering for this training, the customer fully and unreservedly agrees to the general terms and conditions of sale set out below, which take precedence over any other document presenting this training.

TELECRANE INNOVATION takes the utmost care in publishing information relating to the teaching of Dr Marie-Josèphe DESHAYES online. In this regard, TELECRANE INNOVATION undertakes to respond to any requests for further information. In any event, TCI cannot be held liable for any changes made to the wording of the documents, unless these changes affect the essential characteristics of the training course.

TELECRANE INNOVATION reserves the right to adapt, modify or update its general terms and conditions of sale at any time and without notice. In any event, the applicable general terms and conditions of sale are those online on the day of the customer's registration.

2. Registration and payment

The customer declares that they have the capacity to enter into this contract, i.e. that they are of legal age and are not under guardianship or trusteeship. The customer shall register in accordance with the instructions provided on the Website. They undertake to complete their registration by providing the necessary information, which must be complete and accurate. In any event, the customer is responsible for the information entered, and TELECRANE INNOVATION cannot be held liable in the event of an error.

The steps for placing an order on the Website are as follows:

  • Identification :
    • if the customer is not yet registered on the Website, they must create an account by filling in the fields provided for this purpose, indicating their contact details with the following mandatory information: title, surname, first name, address, e-mail address and also their professional training, academic background, RPPS code for private practitioners, and their university or affiliated laboratory. A username is required in order to ensure the customer's anonymity when communicating with trainers or other participants in the training course. The customer must be aware that the email address cannot be changed during the training course as it is used for identification purposes.
    • if the customer is already registered on the Site, they must fill in the fields provided for this purpose, entering their username and personal password.
  • Acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale: by ticking the corresponding box, the customer declares that they have read and accepted these general terms and conditions of sale. This clause serves as a contract. This contract must be renewed each time a new Module is registered for. The customer confirms their registration by clicking on the ‘Payment’ icon.
  • Payment: the customer chooses their payment method and proceeds to payment by redirecting to the secure PAYPAL website. This platform specialises in bank payments; under no circumstances can TELECRANE INNOVATION be held liable for this stage of the process.

The cost of registration is payable in euros, in full and in cash or according to the credit terms offered by PAYPAL. At no time may the sums paid be considered as deposits or down payments.

Another payment method may be offered by direct transfer to the TELECRANE INNOVATION bank account, but this will delay access to the training site. TELECRANE INNOVATION reserves the right not to comply with any special requests from the customer or in the event of an ongoing dispute.

According to Article L. 221-28 of the Consumer Code: as the provision of services such as teaching or training is considered to be a sale of leisure activities, the customer is informed that they do not have the right to a cooling-off period. Therefore, the decision to discontinue training during a Module or Season shall not, under any circumstances, be eligible for a refund.

3. Privacy Policy

We are committed to complying with the various rules relating to the protection of personal data set out in the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679, which came into force on 25 May 2018, and the French Data Protection Act of 1978. For more details, please see our ‘Privacy Policy’ section.

4. Purpose and scope

The theme of this training course is:

TEACHING ON CRANIAL AND FACIAL GROWTH

Application to very early orthodontic treatments

by Dr Marie-Josèphe DESHAYES.

This course takes the form of online learning. TELECRANE INNOVATION uses the Moodle platform as a tool to support the management, organisation and execution of training activities. We recommend using a high-speed connection and the latest versions of browsers to connect to the site. Also, before registering, check that your Internet service provider allows a fast and stable Internet connection.

The online learning course is governed by the following standards:

  • the pedagogical model allows for independent and flexible learning, adapted to the pace of each trainee (i.e. individual). Monitoring and assessment are provided: self-tests allow participants to assess their own knowledge and, at the end of each module or season, a ‘passport’ verifies the knowledge acquired in that module and authorises access to the next module.
  • the term ‘training’ is used insofar as, in addition to access to teaching materials written by Dr MJ Deshayes, some of which have already been published internationally, diagnostic tools are provided with a detailed explanation of how they work, and new protocols for patient care are recommended (clinical examination, iconographic documentation, etc.). Each participant is offered support from Dr MJ Deshayes or an approved trainer via email.
  • this course is intended for dental practitioners and doctors, but also for all paramedical professionals specialising in the care of children and researchers involved in craniofacial growth.

5. Organisation of the Training

The Training consists of 4 Modules @or Seasons. Each Season is divided into 3 Courses in order to highlight the essential points to be acquired.

Each Course comprises 5 elements:

  • The Digital Book, with text, illustrations and bibliographical references, is structured like a scientific journal. It provides fundamental information and additional annotations by Dr M-J Deshayes to help readers understand certain complex developments. A downloadable summary highlights the key points and diagrams;
  • The Toolkits provide detailed descriptions of technical diagnostic or therapeutic points that should be incorporated into practice; these documents are available for download;
  • The ‘Going Further’ sections provide detailed additional information for orthodontic practice, sometimes going beyond the conceptual level; these documents are downloadable
  • The ‘Hands on Practice’ chapters illustrate detailed clinical cases, enabling the reader to move from theory to practice and thus to the application of treatments that can be quickly implemented in accordance with the instructions provided.
  • The Box allows practitioners to contact a trainer by email with questions or requests for clarification.

In addition, there are self-tests that allow practitioners to check for themselves that they have properly absorbed the information taught.

During the training course, a marker indicates the participant's progress, but they can go back within a module at any time and access modules that have already been validated. This means that everyone can progress at their own pace, according to their level and the time they have available.

The book can only be consulted on the website, but the other documents (Summary, Toolkit, Going Further, Hands on Practice) can be downloaded. Each document can only be downloaded once.

Once all the documents for a Season have been consulted, a test or Passport is offered to check the knowledge acquired. Five attempts are allowed, with no time limit. A minimum score is required. Achieving this score grants access to the next Season, both in terms of the knowledge required to move on to the next stage and in terms of the technical organisation of the training.

6. Retention of title

Dr Marie-Josèphe DESHAYES retains the intellectual property rights to all documents made available to TELECRANE INNOVATION for training purposes.

All of these documents have been filed with SGDL-PARIS, registered under number 01HJ0M6GCTY7V1XXANMM72KCJV. Consequently, the use of any document extracted from this training for reuse in a communication project, in a clinical trial, in promotional material, in a presentation, on a website, in training material, in a publication, in a thesis, in teaching material or for digitisation or photocopying... cannot be done without the authorisation of TELECRANE INNOVATION. Regardless of how it is used, the document must bear the notation ‘© MJD/TCI 2026’ indicating its origin.

7. Price and Training Contract

The prices of Training Modules or Seasons are those in effect on the day of registration. TELECRANE INNOVATION reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, it undertakes, for all those registered for the Training, to maintain registration for subsequent Modules at the price indicated at the time of initial registration. The prices of the Modules are denominated in euros. Currently, the price of a Module is set at €750.00 as of April 23, 2026

Payment for registration for each Training Season is made by credit card on the Training website. An invoice is automatically sent by email upon registration.

Acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale implies adherence to the rules of this training programme, in particular:

  • Beyond Season 1, enrolment in the next module is conditional upon obtaining the passport.
  • There is no time limit for validating a Season from the date of enrolment. However, it is recommended that you allow approximately three months for validation.
  • At the end of Season 4, at the participant's request, a certificate of completion of the training course will be sent.

The service provided by TCI has been set up on a site that operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Any dispute relating to the interpretation and execution of these general terms and conditions of sale is subject to French law. If no amicable resolution can be reached, the dispute will be brought before the Commercial Court of Caen.

General Terms and Conditions of Sale established in Merville Franceville and applicable from 23 April 2026.
